This green herringbone conway stewart 85l was manufactured around the late 1950's in england. Measuring just over 5 1/2 inches. It has been gently restored, and in near mint, superb condition. Nib. Original and correct marked in script conway stewart, 14k gold, 3, round shaped breather, writes a semi flex medium. Barrel. Imprint conway stewart 85l made ni england, gold filled lever with conway logo (no brassing). Completly free of any scratches, dents, dings or bite marks. Cap. Gold filled clip with conway logo topped off with a black stud, gold filled wider single cap band all in unmarked mint condition not a hint of brassing. Everything in superb order again completely free of scratches, dents, dings or bite mraks or any other imperfections. Comes in original box wiht instructions / guarantee.
Restoration. The pen has been diasssembled ultra sonically cleaned reassembled with a new sac, hand polished and write tested. Overall. A superb near mint conway stewart 85l in one of the best colours, this pen would be happy to grace any collection.
