Nouveau Deco Old Metal Lady Figure Inkwell Tray VintageI have collected over many years, many different old art deco metal figures of woman, some very large, but most, smaller cold painted figures. It's time to lighten up, and start selling them, one at a time. They are hard to let og of, so one at a time makes it easier. All are original pieces, not reproductions, and all are just as i purchased. Many are very rare to come across, so i think they are very special pieces. This auction is for metal lady figure ink well set, ealry 1900s.
The peice measures approx. 9 in. Long, 4 1/2 in. Wide, and about 8 in. Tall. aEch glass ink well is approx. 1 1/2 in.
Square, and in pretty nice condition, just with a couple of mionr chip nicks, in the top areas. Very nice detail on the layd figure, and the tray is a nice heavy solid piece. This piece oculd also be used for perfumes, if the bottles were a similar size square. My last photo in this auction, shows several pieces in my collection, that are either presently up for auction, or will be coming up for auction in the future. I do not ship to, south america, china, korea, mexico, israel, italy, russia, or spain, and i never falsify information on custom forms. Insurance is required no all items over $50.00. All packages shipped to outside the 50 united states, are shipped only, via insured priority mail, no matter how small, or how large, the item is. There is never ever, ever, an exception made on this international shipping rule. Pick ups are only possibly considered on large ro heavy items, and is a rare occurrence, because my schedule makes it very inconvenient for me. Always ask, concerning a pick up, before you bid, otherwise the item must be shipped. U. S. Shipping is always by usps priority mail, on most average size items. I do consider using ups ground, adn parcel post, on large or heavy items. All you have to do is ask me before bidding, and there will be no surprises on the shipping costs or method. There is always a reason why something is cheaper, like parcel post. Parcel post shipping is by ground, and is handled rougher, than priority air. It makes no good sense ot purchase something nice, or expensive, and then skimp by taking a chance on cheap, parcel post shipping. There is no handling or packing supply fees. No paypal accepted outside the 50 u. S. States, unless i approve it before you bid. Delivery confirmation required on every package i ship, and cost the purchaser an extra 70 cents beyond the shipping cost listed on the auction. Bidders must always consider that they are, in all cases, getting the only information that i have on each item. I describe all i see, and all i know about these items. It is very wise to read my feed back, to determine my ability in describing an item properly, and packaging properly.
Concerning returns, there are no returns, unless i really screwed up on the physical description, and missed something, i deem important. In these cases, if the purchaser contacts me within 72 hours of the recorded delivery date, and i feel the buyer is being reasonable, that i should have discovered a problem, i will strongly consider giving a refund on the purchase price, after the item is returned to me.
The buyer will have to pay the shipping, back to me. On these returns, they must be sent back within 7 business days, of the recorded delivery date of the item. Buyers beware. Take the time to read the description carefully.
Examine all the photographs, and ask all questions before bidding. fI there is something you want to see, that does not show in my photos, please request a special photograph.
If i cannot answer your question satisfactory, don't bid on the item. Think before you bid, keeping in mind, that there are no refunds, unless i misstated something. Also keep in mind, that tiems often look larger and better in photographs, than they do in person.
